🛍️ Ordering & Processing

  1. How do I place an order?
    Simply add your favorite sunglasses to cart and proceed to checkout. It only takes a few clicks.
  2. Can I modify or cancel my order?
    Please contact us within 12 hours. Once shipped, we can't change or cancel your order.
  3. Do I need an account to order?
    No account is required, but creating one makes future purchases easier.
  4. Do you offer gift packaging?
    Not currently, but we plan to offer it in future releases.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  1. When will my order ship?
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  2. How long does shipping take?
    USA: 5–7 business days. Europe: 10–15 business days. Other countries may vary.
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees apply to certain regions.
  4. Will I get a tracking number?
    Yes, once your order ships, tracking info is emailed to you automatically.

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

    Absolutely. All Sunkissed sunglasses have UV400 lenses for full UVA/UVB protection.
  2. How should I care for my sunglasses?
    Use a microfiber cloth and store them in a protective case when not in use.
  3. Will your sunglasses fit my face shape?
    Our collection includes a wide variety of frame shapes to suit all face types.
  4. Are your sunglasses polarized?
    Some models are. Check product descriptions for details or contact us for help.
  5. Do you release limited editions?
